Returns & refunds

We DO NOT return or refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering, once order is placed refunds will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

We only refund if items are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days this varies depending on payment method.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All our products are sent with tracking so please check your email for confirmation and tracking, this may end up in your junk folder

All orders will only be sent to the address provided, we are not responsible for incorrectly address orders

Orders placed and paid via PayPal will only be sent to the address shown on the PayPal account & not the address left on the website as only this address meets the buyer & seller protection.
